THE ULTIMATE GODDESS EYES

Step one

Simply twist the base of the pencil to reveal more product. If needed, continue twisting to activate the built-in sharpener and refine the tip. Starting from the inner corner and working your way out, draw a series of strokes with the eyeliner. Apply firmer pressure for a more dramatic line.
