STANDARD DISPATCH TIMEFRAME

These are general estimates only and once your order has left our dispatch it is then in the hands of the delivery courier to get it to you as soon as possible. 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse 1-2 days after order is received.Please note we can not send to PO Boxes unless it is via Australia Post. 

VIP SHIPPING DISPATCH TIMEFRAME (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Same day dispatch is available for VIP orders placed before 11am AEDT.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard orders are sent via Australia Post Standard service and will be with you in 3-8 business days. 

- Standard shipping is $8 AUD or free for orders over $70 AUD.

Express orders are sent via Australia Post Express service will be with you in 2-4 business days.

- Express shipping is $11 AUD or free for orders over $100 AUD.

VIP orders are sent via Startrack Express and will be with you in 1-2 business days.

- Add VIP shipping to any order being shipped within Australia for $16 AUD.

USA SHIPMENTS

For all orders being shipped to the USA, duties and taxes are estimated at checkout and confirmed once the order is processed.

International Express orders will be sent via DHL Express and in most cases will be with you in 3-6 business days.

International Standard orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard International with Signature and in most cases will take 5-9 business days depending on your location.

- Standard International shipping is $35 AUD or free for orders over $150.

- Express shipping is $50 AUD.

To Track your parcel with this service, you will be provided with an initial tracking number with which you can track your items until they reach the destination country, where the local post service will take over. The tracking page will also provide you with a different tracking ID to use with your local post service so you can track your items all the way to your door. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes when the goods enter the country with the exception of goods being shipped to the USA where duties and taxes are estimated at checkout and confirmed once the order is processed.

International Express orders will be sent via DHL Express and in most cases will be with you in 3-6 business days.

International Standard orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard International with Signature and in most cases will take 5-9 business days depending on your location.

- Standard International shipping is $20 AUD or free for orders over $100 AUD.

- Express shipping is $30 AUD or free for orders over $150 AUD.

The following countries only accept packages being shipped to a PO box address. If you do not have a PO box address, you must select the DHL Express option at checkout.
