Orders are dispatched from our warehouse 1-2 days after order is received.
Please note we can not send to PO Boxes unless it is via Australia Post.
Standard Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and will be with you in 3-5 business days.
Express Australian orders are sent via Startrack and will be with you in 1-2 business days.
Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes when the goods enter the country.
COVID 19: DHL are experiencing delays with Standard International delivery due to high volume. We advise selecting express shipping upon checkout for time sensitive orders.
International Express orders will be sent via DHL Express and will be with you in 3-6 business days.
International Standard orders will be sent via DHL eCommerce take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
For International Standard we use DHL eCommerce. To Track your parcel with this service, you will be provided with an initial tracking number with which you can track your items until they reach the destination country, where the local post service will take over. The tracking page will also provide you with a different tracking ID to use with your local post service so you can track your items all the way to your door.
