I was so nervous about buying this, not knowing if the colours would suit me.
I feel as though the colours are flattering on my light cool skin, but use a light hand as they are highly pigmented and really show up on my white skin.
The powders lift easily onto the brush without excess powder being loosened. The bronzer looks great as an eyeshadow, compliments blue/green eyes. This bronzer gives my skin a nice warmth when used sparingly. I have rosacea, so I do go light also on the blush as this shade can excentuate my skin flush. I usually choose a dusty rose shade as it seems to compliment my skin flushes. I wasnt sure the exact colour of the Rose blush here. This is a beautiful, soft flattering shade of blush though with a subtle glow.
The powders apply easily and evenly, and blend with minimal effort. They actually stay put all day, but will wipe off if you sweat a lot and wipe your face with a towel while working out.
The compact is gorgeous and good quality. Easy to open/close but won't pop open. I love the magnetic closure. It is heavy. Love the refill option.
I wish the company would put photos of swatches of all their products on 3 arms (light, medium, dark skin) so we can see what the colours actually look like on skin. I found the lack of colour swatches to be very frustrating. I almost didn't buy this compact for that exact reason. I also didn't know which colour blush to choose because I couldn't see what all the colours truly look like.
