Inside Our Sydney Masterclass at Saint Valentine

 

To celebrate our recent pop-up at the Saint Valentine Store in Manly, we hosted an intimate Makeup Masterclass with Make up artist Immogen Courtney.

Immogen guided guests through her signature radiant, soft glam look, using Saint Valentine’s own Sofia as her canvas. Every step was demonstrated live, with guests gaining insider artistry insights, brush techniques, and professional tips on how to confidently recreate the look at home.

 

The Look: Soft Glam 

For the skin, Immogen created a flawless yet natural base using the Second Skin Foundation in Warm/Medium, expertly applied with the Vegan Buffing Brush. She layered the Triple C Concealer in both Dark Ochre and Tan Dune to brighten, sculpt, and blend seamlessly. Adding depth and warmth, the Sahara Sun Bronzer was applied with the Contour Brush, followed by a soft veil of Pressed Powder to set the look. To tie everything together, Satin Lipstick in Ochre was tapped onto the cheeks, delivering a healthy, radiant flush.

The eyes were softly defined using the Dusk Eyeshadow Palette, with rich earthy tones blended effortlessly to evoke a sunset-inspired glow. Immogen added subtle definition with the Brown Goddess Eye Pencil and finished the eye look with the iconic Goddess Mascara in Black, creating volume and lift. Brows were subtly groomed and set using just the gel from the Dual Brow Sculpting Tool in Medium, enhancing their natural shape.

Lips were the final touch - sculpted with the Deep Nude Lip Liner and filled with the Satin Lipstick in Ochre, mirroring the blush tones used earlier and bringing harmony to the entire look.

The evening’s atmosphere was warm and welcoming, as guests sipped on refreshing drinks and browsed the curated Eye of Horus range. As the masterclass concluded, attendees explored the full product collection in-store, exchanged beauty tips, and shared stories.
