It's that beautiful time of year .. when Spring has sprung and Love is in the air again with couples choosing to celebrate Love with Spring weddings.

On 3rd September one of our EOH Goddesses Cait, married the man of her dreams and the entire EOH family was there to witness the ceremony of Love (and of course do some serious celebrating afterwards!!)

Cait and Josh had their ceremony of Love in Ewingsdale, just outside of Byron Bay under beautiful old tall trees draped in flowing white fabric. Their alter was decorated with personal items from their home and their backdrop was a handmade tapestry they brought home with them from their recent trip to Egypt.

They honoured both their favourite cultures - Egyptian & Aboriginal - throughout the ceremony by incorporating a blessing from their Egyptian friend, the handmade tapestry, the didgeridoo playing and acknowledgment of the original land inhabitants of that particular area - the Bundjalung people.

After the ceremony was over, a local Aboriginal elder performed traditional dance and story time while blessing Cait and Josh with ochre pigment - this is done in Aboriginal weddings to join together the bride and groom.

A beautiful ceremony and celebration done in true goddess style! Cait and Josh then went on to enjoy their honeymoon in beautiful Fiji.
