HOW TO CREATE THE UNDERLINER LOOK

HOW TO CREATE UNDERLINER

Step 1: Following the natural shape of your eye, apply a thick line of eyeliner along the lower lash line.

Step 2: To Apply eyeliner along the lower waterline to intensify your look.

Step 3: Smudge out the eyeliner to create a grungier, smokey eyeliner look

Step 4: Keep the upper lashline free of eyeliner or repeat steps above to the top lash line for a complete smokey eye look.
